Swingin' in the Rain is about all things fly fishing in the Pacific Northwest. Swinging intruders for steelhead, casting streamers for rainbows, building rods, tying flies, and pointless thoughts of a fly fishing addict.

“Swingin’ in the Rain” is a blog about fly fishing in the Pacific Northwest. As a helpless individual addicted to fly fishing, if I am not out fishing, I am building a rod, tying a fly, or thinking about fishing while staring at the wall at my “real job.” Working five days a week, trading labor for cash so I can afford to go fishing on the weekend. “Swingin’ in the Rain” is a window to a fly fishing addicts life, fishing reports, recent rod builds, flies, or just whatever is my mind that day.
