Sauce Headwear Gear Review Opportunity: Chill Toque Hat

We are excited to bring back Sauce Headwear to the OBN.

The cold may have been a bit late this year, but it’s here now and what better time than to try out a stylish and WARM piece of headwear from Sauce?

A bit about Sauce Headwear:

Sauce Headwear was founded in 2002, by a former Canadian National Team Cross-Country skier as a way to support her ski racing.  Frustrated with traditional winter headwear (too hot, too itchy, too ugly…) Sauce founder, Shayla Swanson, set out to create functional, stylish and comfortable products that met the needs of elite winter athletes and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

My Teen Daughter + Sauce Headband = Stylish Warm Thief

This fall when we gave away several Sauce Ventilator headbands, I couldn’t resist, I had to have one for myself and I can tell you, I love it.

So does my teenage daughter who keeps stealing it from me. At this point our conversations go like this, “Shelby, where’s my Sauce Headband?” and she replies, “Mom, I’ll give it to you as long as you promise to give it back.”

Kids.

For this gear review opportunity, Sauce Headwear is going to send 3 Outdoor Bloggers one of their Chill Toque  fleece lined hats.

About the Chill Toque Hat:

The Chill Toque is a fleece lined hat.  Designed for warmth in cold weather, this is the warmest piece in the Sauce collection.

  • Perfect for casual winter wear and low intensity winter activity
  • The swirl closure, unique to Sauce Headwear, provides an escape for excess heat.
  • The fleece lined headband, and double layer Meryl® upper will wick moisture and provide resistance to wind.

Phantom Swirl

The Chill Toque is available in two sizes.

  • Small/Medium for women with average or small heads and youth.
  • Medium/Large for men or women who prefer a looser fit.

MSRP: $30.00

The Chill Toque comes in MANY different patterns that will fit anyone’s individuality. Be sure to check out the Chill Toque page for color/pattern choices.
