Although the thermometer here in Idaho is still borderline HOT, hints of Fall are starting to reveal themselves all around. We hope everyone had a fantastic summer and soaked up enough sun and fun to pull them through the winter months.
I personally think it’s a great idea to stock pile a bunch of vibrant summer photos into one easy to find location so we (Rebecca) can view them often during the dreary months to come. Ok, so maybe this is a selfish photo prompt on my part…1) I get to see the beauty of your summer and 2) I’m already preparing for the battle against cabin fever. Another win-win situation?
Prompt: Let’s sift through those photo files and share your
Favorite photo(s) from the summer of 2011.
Feel free to let the photos speak for themselves or write up a little something to explain the visual. When you have posted your photo(s) on your blog, remember to come back here and submit your blog post URL to the Link system below. I’ve found the easiest way for the system to pull your thumbnail is to pick the ‘FROM WEB’ option.
Let the visuals begin!

Thought I would just put up a link to a summer post. Had a lot of nice summer pictures in it anyway. That would be true of all my summer posts I guess.
Ken ~ It was a GOOD one to share!
Thanks Rebecca.
I picked it kind of randomly for the pictures and forgot about the trout fishing references at the end.
I kind of liked it even more after that. Us bass guys aren’t ALL neanderthals.
Ken, that was a gorgeous post! Loved the narrative structure and the photos… it made me feel like I was out there with you! Thanks!
Hi,
I think this is a great idea.
Unfortunately I can’t work out how to see more than the 18 pictures shown. Is there a way to look at them all?
Thanks,
Gav
Reflection is fun!
