Featured Outdoor Bloggers ~ 4/25

Wild Plant Foraging Blog

The 3 Foragers

Our first featured Outdoor Blogger comes to us from the General Outdoor–Wild Plant Foraging category:

This blog is about a family out foraging for wild edibles in rural Connecticut and I have to say, I’m hooked. Take a minute to go visit The 3 foragers and see what they are up too these days.

There is recipes, pictures, information and a whole new way to look at the Outdoors around us that I’ve never seen before. It makes me wonder just how many plants I pass as I’m walking around that have wonderful possibilities I never knew!

A Fly Fishing Blog

The Tailout

Our second featured blogger come to us from the Fly Fishing Category:

So this is what might catch a persons eye right away with his blog description of The Tailout...”A fly fishing blog with horrible photography, mediocre fishing experiences, and even worse writing.”

Can I respectively disagree with that? Yes? Ok good, because I happen to think he shows off beautiful photography, seems to catch a lot of great fish and when he writes about his experiences I enjoy it. So there….featured for a good reason!

Hunting Blog

Shenanigans From the Field

Our last featured Outdoor Blog of the week comes out of the Hunting Category:

She’s the Guru_Huntress and she keeps an amazing record of her adventures at Shenanigans From the Field.

This hunting blog really does have it all. Pictures, stories, adventures, current news, reviews, advice….you name it, you’ll probably find it.

Go check out her latest Shenanigans, you’ll be hooked and waiting on her next adventure…

Show these Outdoor Bloggers your community support by visiting their sites and leaving them a comment.
It’s the neighborly thing to do =)
