Newest Members of the Outdoor Blogger Directory ~ Revised

With a scroll of the mouse and a click of the delete button we just scratched a good plan that had gone past the point of longest blog post…ever. It was our intention, and we did the double duty work, to do a blog post each week of the Newest Members of the Outdoor Blog Directory. From the first blog submission, the honorary, Unaccomplished Angler to blog number 60-ish (and climbing) we were meticulously adding each blog to the directory and this entry…and I just deleted it all, on purpose! So instead….

I’d like to encourage everyone to go stroll through the Blog Directory, which is now technically the list of the Newest Blog Members and visit some blogs! Late last night we added a snapshot option to every outgoing link on this site to make the directory as user friendly as possible. So preview through a few and go forth, discover new reads.

Most Unusual OBN Logo sighting yet! Creative Points awarded to Troutrageous

The support and activity on this new endeavor has flown right past our hopeful expectations and landed somewhere beyond the moon. Our keyboards are smoking hot trying to keep up, but no worries, with a few band-aides strategically placed on our fingertips, we’ll be good through Thanksgiving…

A quick shout out to Troutrageous (excellent blog btw) for his creative use of the Outdoor Blogger Network Logo. I think he’s inspired a future contest… Outdoor Bloggers really are the most interesting people in the world….

Next week we’ll do this category proper, but for now I think this was better than a blog entry the length of the Mississippi River. The comments on the Outdoor Giveaway just flew past the 100 mark and growing. Make sure if you’ve just discovered us to get your entries in.

Giving a special shout-out to our Twitter pal and fellow PA angler Troutrageous! It was his Twitter post that lead us to this wonderful site! He deserves an extra +1 (or 2)

I’m in Colorado, but thanks to troutrageous! I too have caught the bug!

Cofisher, you made it over too? Welcome my friend.

My spawning now complete, I leave my gravel bed and exhaustedly swim off to “the other side” ~ unless a Grizzly Bear chooses to have its way with me first.

Wow, way ahead of the curve on that OBN support post! Nice job. I don’t know why, but it makes want to go find a bottle of beer with two XX on it :)
